Visa Information
Booking a trek or expedition means agreeing to the following:
Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Remaining balance is payable before or upon arrival in Nepal
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Deposits may be non-refundable due to permit and administrative costs
- In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or flight cancellations, we will offer alternative arrangements where possible

Travel Insurance Policy
Most travelers can obtain a Nepal Tourist Visa on arrival at Kathmandu International Airport.
