Tilicho Peak (7,134 m) is one of Nepal’s spectacular high-altitude mountaineering peaks, located in the Annapurna region of north-central Nepal. Day by day Itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, you will receive a briefing about the Tilicho Peak expedition, including the itinerary, climbing conditions, safety procedures, acclimatization plan, and necessary preparations.

The remaining time can be used to check and organize your personal climbing equipment and complete any last-minute preparations. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring traditional Nepali cuisine and meet your expedition team.

Preparation Advice

Tilicho Peak is a demanding high-altitude mountaineering expedition and requires thorough physical and mental preparation. Climbers should have previous experience with trekking at high altitude and preferably basic experience with crampons, ice axe techniques, rope systems and glacier travel.

Begin endurance and strength training several months before the expedition. Focus on cardiovascular fitness, hiking with a loaded backpack, leg strength, core strength and sustained uphill walking.

Proper acclimatization is essential. Follow the expedition leader’s instructions, maintain a steady pace, drink sufficient water and allow your body time to adjust to increasing altitude.

Before departure, obtain suitable travel and evacuation insurance that specifically covers high-altitude mountaineering. Have a medical check-up before the expedition and inform the expedition team about any relevant medical concerns.

Practice using your technical climbing equipment before the expedition. Your guide will provide additional instructions and training where necessary.

Weather and mountain conditions can change rapidly. Maintain flexibility in your schedule and follow the instructions of your climbing leader throughout the expedition.

Terms & Conditions

Tilicho Peak is a high-altitude mountaineering expedition and participation requires good physical fitness, suitable experience and preparation. The itinerary may be changed according to weather, route conditions, health and safety considerations, government regulations or decisions made by the expedition leader.

The summit attempt is dependent on favorable weather and mountain conditions. Reaching the summit cannot be guaranteed, even when all planned arrangements are completed.

Participants must follow the instructions of the expedition leader and guide at all times. The expedition team reserves the right to modify, delay or cancel a climbing or trekking activity when conditions become unsafe.

Participants are responsible for obtaining valid travel insurance that covers high-altitude mountaineering, emergency medical treatment and helicopter evacuation where applicable.

Climbing permits and other official fees are subject to applicable government regulations and may change without prior notice.

Any additional costs resulting from weather delays, natural disasters, route changes, transportation disruptions, personal illness, emergency evacuation or circumstances beyond the control of the company will be borne by the participant unless otherwise stated.

Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate personal clothing, technical climbing equipment and essential medications.

Payments, cancellations and refunds are subject to the company's booking and cancellation policy.

By booking the Tilicho Peak expedition, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with high-altitude mountaineering and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the expedition team.
